There
is an additional $100 refundable deposit required for any rental
that includes the kitchen.
PROCEDURE
- Remit
the first one hundred dollars ($100) of the rental fees to Mrs.Fatme
El Kassem. Once this money is received, she shall reserve the
Kitchen and/or Hall for your function. To avoid confusion, Mrs.
El Kassem will be the only one receiving fees and booking functions.

No earlier than 24 hours prior to your function, Mrs. El Kassem
will receive the remainder of the Kitchen and/or Hall rental fee.
She will open and inspect the kitchen with you at this time. You
will be expected to return the Kitchen in exactly the same state
of cleanliness and repair that you received it.

There are certain pans, pots, bowls, coffee urns and utensils
that are included in the rental. These items will be inventoried
before and after rental. Use of the pizza oven is not included
in the rental. Towels, napkins and other consumables will not
be provided.

No later that 24 hours after your function, Mrs. El Kassem will
inspect the Kitchen with the person who attended the initial inspection.
If the Kitchen is in the same state of cleanliness and repair
that it was received in, and all inventoried items are present,
the one hundred dollar ($100) deposit will be refunded. The cost
of replacing any missing inventoried item, necessary repairs,
and/or janitorial fees shall be deducted from the deposit if the
kitchen is not returned in the same state it was received in.
